Sponsor Global Internship Programmes
Earth.Org’s Global Internship Programmes are designed to allow (foreign) college and university students or recent graduates to gain exposure to different cultures and to receive hands-on experience in a global NGO with a start-up feel and flat hierarchies.
The internship offers students an opportunity to participate in different projects across different departments in the organisation. By joining the Internship Programme, students are encouraged to step out from their comfort zone and explore the unexpected and undiscovered possibilities within a global NGO.
In addition to learning the specialised skills of a working in a global NGO, transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, and computer proficiency are also obtained in this internship. The students get hands-on work experience that will fully preparing interns to enter the workforce upon graduation.
We set clear expectations, provide cultural preparation and facilitate learning spaces before and during the internship period.
